我们于1980～1995年共收治60岁以上老年人急性白血病86例,占同期成人急性白血病(912例)的9.43％。笔者就其临床特点及治疗、预后进行回顾性分析,并与同期中青年患者进行对照,报道如下。
From 1980 to 1995, we treated 86 elderly patients with acute leukemia over the age of 60, accounting for 9.43% of the 912 adult acute leukemia patients of the same period. The author made a retrospective analysis of his clinical features, treatment, and prognosis, and compared it with young and middle-aged patients in the same period. The report is as follows.
