目的研究木丹颗粒对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的作用疗效。方法采用STZ腹腔注射法制备DPN大鼠动物模型,分为模型+木丹颗粒(Ⅳ)组、模型+甲钴胺(Ⅲ)组,模型(Ⅱ)组和对照(Ⅰ)组,分别灌胃给药,观察木丹颗粒对DPN指标的影响。结果与Ⅱ组相比,Ⅳ组血糖下降,体重增加,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),神经传导速度增快(P<0.01),足迹步态参数足印长(PL)、足印宽(TS)、足中间三指宽(ITS)改善(P<0.01);与Ⅲ组相比,Ⅳ组血糖水平,体重水平,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),神经传导速度增快(P<0.01),足迹步态参数PL改善(P<0.01),TS、ITS差异无统计学意义。Ⅳ组表皮内神经纤维的数量与形态及周围神经的病理损害得到改善,其改善作用优于甲钴胺。结论木丹颗粒可改善糖尿病大鼠的周围神经病变指标,其作用效果优于甲钴胺。
Objective To study the effect of Mudan granules on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods The animal model of DPN rat was established by intraperitoneal injection of STZ. The animal model was divided into model group (+ model group), mecobalamin group (model group), model group (group Ⅱ) and control group (Ⅰ group) Administration, observe the DPM index of Mu Dan granules. Results Compared with group Ⅱ, there was no significant difference in blood glucose and body weight between group Ⅳ and group Ⅳ (P> 0.05), nerve conduction velocity (P <0.01) Compared with group Ⅲ, there was no significant difference in the level of blood glucose and body weight between the two groups (P> 0.05), the speed of nerve conduction (P <0.01). The gait parameter PL of footprints was improved (P <0.01), and there was no significant difference between TS and ITS. The number and morphology of nerve fibers in the epidermis of group Ⅳ and the pathological damage of peripheral nerve were improved, and its improvement was better than that of methylcobalamin. Conclusion Mudan granules can improve peripheral neuropathy in diabetic rats, its effect is better than mecobalamin.
