广州西村窑是我国宋代一处以生产外销瓷为主的规模较大的窑厂。本工作利用微聚焦X射线荧光光谱仪,对西村窑不同种类的瓷器进行成分分析。研究表明,不同种类瓷器胎料大多具有高铝低硅的特征,瓷胎不同的外观颜色,主要与其中氧化铁的含量有关;瓷釉中,印花青瓷与刻花青瓷的瓷釉均属于钙釉,而其他种类瓷器既有钙釉,也有碱钙釉,瓷釉原料中均添加了草木灰作为助熔剂,不同颜色釉中氧化铁的含量不同;彩绘瓷中黑褐彩与黄褐彩的呈色元素均为铁。
Guangzhou Xicun Kiln is a large-scale kiln factory in the Song Dynasty in China that mainly produces and exports porcelain. This work uses micro-focus X-ray fluorescence spectrometer to analyze the composition of different types of porcelain in Nishimura kiln. The results show that most of the different kinds of porcelain raw materials have the characteristics of high aluminum and low silicon, and the different appearance colors of porcelain are mainly related to the content of iron oxide. In the enamels, the enamels of printed celadon and carved celadon all belong to calcium glaze. Other types of porcelain both calcium glaze, there are alkali calcium glaze, porcelain enamel raw materials are added ash as a flux, different colors of iron oxide in different levels of brown; painted porcelain brown color and yellow brown color elements are iron.
