简述了结晶器保护渣在连铸过程中的重要作用和2Cr13在连铸过程产生表面凹陷的机理。使用物化性能适宜的保护渣可以改善初始坯壳的传热与润滑,控制铸坯表面凹陷的产生。在实验室研究的基础上,研制出了适合于断面为150mm×150mm、拉速为1.0~1.5m/min的2Cr13不锈钢连铸结晶器颗粒保护渣。试验证明2号保护渣性能良好,2Cr13连铸坯因表面凹陷产生的返修率由20%下降到5%。
The important role of mold flux in the continuous casting process and the mechanism of 2Cr13 surface sag in the continuous casting process are briefly described. Appropriate physical and chemical properties of the flux can be used to improve the initial shell heat transfer and lubrication, control slab surface depression. Based on the laboratory research, 2Cr13 stainless steel continuous casting mold powder is developed which is suitable for 150mm × 150mm cross section and the pulling speed is 1.0 ~ 1.5m / min. Test proved that No. 2 mold flux good performance, 2Cr13 continuous casting billet depression due to surface repair rate dropped from 20% to 5%.
