对灯笼红萝卜雄性不育系及其保持系不同个体发育过程中的碳水化合物含量、淀粉酶活性、可溶性蛋白质含量及游离脯氨酸含量进行研究。结果表明 :在各营养生长期 ,不育株中的碳水化合物含量高于可育株 ;而在生殖生长期 ,不育株花蕾中碳水化合物含量低于可育株。无论在营养生长期还是在生殖生长期 ,不育株个体中淀粉酶活性均低于可育株。另外 ,不育株中可溶性蛋白及游离脯氨酸含量低于可育株。上述研究结果表明 :不育株中营养物质的缺乏是导致小孢子败育的一个重要原因 ,而营养器官中的营养物质向生殖器官运输受阻又是引起不育花蕾中物质含量下降的原因之一。
Carbohydrate content, amylase activity, soluble protein content and free proline content in the development of male sterile lines and maintainers of Lantern carrot were studied. The results showed that the content of carbohydrates in sterile plants was higher than that in fertile plants during vegetative growth stages, while the content of carbohydrates in flower buds of sterile plants was lower than that of fertile plants during reproductive growth period. In both vegetative and reproductive stages, the amylase activity of all sterile plants was lower than that of fertile plants. In addition, the content of soluble protein and free proline in sterile plants was lower than that in fertile plants. The above results show that the lack of nutrients in sterile plants is one of the important causes of microspore abortion, and the obstruction of transport of nutrients to reproductive organs in vegetative organs is one of the reasons for the decrease of the content of the material in sterile flower buds .
