肿瘤分子标志物在肿瘤诊断、侵袭、转移、疗效判断和预后预测等方面具有重要作用,而肿瘤标志物的筛选需检测其在成百上千例肿瘤的不同发展阶段、不同分化程度和其相应正常组织中的表达,分析其表达水平与肿瘤临床病理特征的关系。组织芯片技术为筛选肿瘤分子标志物提供了新的高通量工具,显著加速了基因组学和蛋白组学技术在肿瘤临床中的应用。
Tumor molecular markers play an important role in tumor diagnosis, invasion, metastasis, curative effect judgment and prognosis prediction. However, the screening of tumor markers needs to be examined at different stages of development of hundreds and thousands of tumors with different degrees of differentiation and their corresponding Normal tissue expression, analysis of its expression level and clinicopathological features. Tissue microarray technology provides a new high-throughput tool for screening tumor molecular markers and significantly accelerates the application of genomics and proteomics in oncology.
