基于职业能力培养的课程是课程改革的基础。我国职业教育发展迅速,原有的课程教学大纲都是以学科体系为基础,脱离了现代社会对于技能型人才的能力需求培养,迫切需要开发出突出职业能力培养的课程。本文以学前教育专业常规课程“幼儿园现代管理”为例,在实践建设的基础上以发展职业能力为导向,分析探讨了课程目标、课程内容、课堂组织形式和课程评价的设计标准,用以指导课程建设,改革教学方法与手段,提高人才培养质量。
Curriculum based on vocational ability is the basis of curriculum reform. The rapid development of vocational education in our country, the original curriculum syllabus are based on the subject system, from the modern society for the training of skilled personnel ability needs, there is an urgent need to develop a vocational training to highlight the curriculum. Taking the regular course of pre-school education “modern management of kindergarten ” as an example, based on practical construction, taking the development of vocational ability as a guide, this article analyzes and discusses the design standards of course objectives, course contents, classroom organization forms and curriculum evaluation. To guide the curriculum construction, reform teaching methods and means to improve the quality of personnel training.
