引信传爆系列的安全性和可靠性,往往是设计和生产中遇到的难于查明原因和解决的问题。本习用的等应力试验方法进行了分析,对于小概率事件,采用该法不易发现设计中的不足部分,且无法确定系列文对的安全性和可靠性程度。根根火工品各种感度的规律,提出传输能量的“不可靠区间-工作区间-不安全区间”的模型。陈述了采用过应力法试验确定安全性和可靠性系数的过程,及解决设计问题的途径。本文介绍了三种高效率的试验方法。
Fuze explosion-proof series of security and reliability, often encountered in the design and production of difficult to identify the cause and solve the problem. The conventional method of isometric stress analysis is analyzed. For the small probability event, the method is not easy to find the inadequacies in the design, and can not determine the degree of safety and reliability of the series. According to the law of various sensitivities of pyrotechnic products, a model of “unreliable range - working range - unsafe range” is proposed. The process of using over stress test to determine the safety and reliability coefficient and the way to solve the design problem are presented. This article describes three high-efficiency test methods.
