42t集装箱叉车的转向机构采用由横置液压缸组成的一组六连杆机构,为了保证车轮转向时作纯滚动,需对六连杆机构优化设计.在ADAMS软件中对转向机构进行了建模和仿真,测量了该转向机构的转角误差;实现了转向机构的参数化建模,以转向机构的累计转角误差最小为目标函数对转向机构进行了优化设计,以优化设计的结果为参数在ADAMS中建立了叉车的整车模型,仿真结果证明优化设计的有效.
The steering mechanism of 42t container forklift adopts a set of six-bar linkage consisting of transversal hydraulic cylinders, and the six-bar linkage mechanism needs to be optimized in order to ensure the pure rolling of the wheel when steering.The steering mechanism is modeled in ADAMS software And the simulation, the steering angle error of this steering mechanism was measured. The parametric modeling of the steering mechanism was realized. The steering mechanism was optimally designed with the objective function of minimizing the cumulative angular error of the steering mechanism. Taking the results of the optimization design as parameters, In the establishment of a forklift truck model, the simulation results show that the optimal design is effective.
