创新不仅是一个民族的灵魂,更是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。培养学生的创新精神和创新能力,是面对国际竞争,使中华民族立于世界民族之林的需要。通过对美术教育的实践与研究,笔者认为要培养学生的创新能力,可从以下方面入手:一、利用乡土地域特点,引发学生创造兴趣美术教师应在教学中结合学校所处地域的特点,依据一定的教学目标对地域资源进行挖掘、整理,并组织成教学内容。教学中,教师应尽量发掘和利用贴近学生生活的地域素材,从地域资源中挖掘出丰富的教学资源,促使学生进行创造。我任教的学校所在地被称为竹乡,这里竹类繁多,竹资 Innovation is not only the soul of a nation, but also an inexhaustible motive force for the country’s prosperity and development. In teaching, teachers should try to explore and make use of the geographical resources that are close to the life of students, and excavate a wealth of teaching resources from geographical resources so as to encourage students to create. The school where I teach is called Zhuxiang, where there are many bamboo species and bamboo resources
