对高速公路服务区的管理和经营是一个相对而言比较复杂的工程,它包括了高速公路公司自己经营,全部外包给别人经营,以及部分自己经营等很多方面的内容,管理人员在经营和管理服务区时要注重去发掘当地特有的资源,要认真的去分析和总结开发出当地的特产。从而形成独特的比较有当地特色的服务区经营管理模式,这篇文章从我国现阶段对服务区的管理模式这一实际去分析,研究现在高速公路服务区整体的运营模式和运行的环境,进而从协调经济与社会效益关系、实行规范化管理、强化成本控制能力等方面提出了相应的优化策略,为进一步增强我国高速公路服务区的服务口碑和质量提供建议。
