目的:比较左金丸与反左金对寒、热型胃粘膜损伤炎症因子和保护因子的影响。方法:通过无水乙醇和冰水加NaOH建立大鼠寒、热胃粘膜损伤模型,采用放射免疫法比较左金丸和反左金对大鼠血液和胃粘膜中白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)的作用。结果:在胃热损伤模型中,左金丸疗效优于反左金,能明显降低IL-8的产生(P<0.05),粘膜TNF-α含量略有降低,PGE_2变化不明显;而在胃寒损伤模型中,左金丸的作用不明显,反左金预防损伤的药效优于左金丸。结论:左金丸与反左金在寒、热不同的胃粘膜损伤模型上对炎症因子和保护因子有不同的作用水平;两方的胃粘膜保护作用与内源性防御PGE_2的合成和释放无关;左金丸的保护作用可能与抑制炎症因子有关。
Objective: To compare the effects of Zuojin Pill and anti-Zuojin on inflammatory factors and protective factors of cold and hot gastric mucosal injury. METHODS: Rat cold and hot gastric mucosal injury models were established by anhydrous ethanol and ice water plus NaOH. Radioimmunoassay was used to compare the effects of Zuojin Pill and anti-Zuojin injection on interleukin-8 in blood and gastric mucosa of rats (IL-8 The role of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2). RESULTS: In the gastric heat injury model, Zuojin Pills was superior to anti-Left gold, which significantly reduced the production of IL-8 (P<0.05). The level of mucosal TNF-α was slightly decreased, and PGE_2 was not changed significantly; In the injury model, the effect of Zuojin Pill was not obvious, and the anti-Left Zuojin injury prevention effect was better than Zuojin Pill. Conclusion: Zuojin Pills and anti-Zuojin have different levels of action on inflammatory factors and protective factors in gastric and gastric mucosal injury models that are different from cold and heat; the protection of gastric mucosa of the two parties is not related to the synthesis and release of endogenous defense PGE_2; The protective effect of Zuojin Pill may be related to the suppression of inflammatory factors.
