随着社会主义市场经济的发展,激烈的市场竞争和追求效益最大化成为企业管理的焦点和核心。向管理要效益,日渐成为企业员工的共识。因此,以“彻底消除一切无效劳动和浪费”为目标的精益生产方式,逐渐被越来越多的企业生产经营管理者所采用推行。 精益生产方式以销售做为起点,由市场来拉动企业生产,一环扣一环,消除整个生产制造过程中的全部松驰点,从而极大地提高了生产制造过程的有效性和经济性。所以,精益生产方式是生产要素在生产制造过程中的有效使用和合理配置,最大限度的满足市场需求,适应市场变化,获取最佳经济效益的生产方式。其组织生产制造过程的基本做法是用拉动式管理,替代传统的推动式管理,对我厂的非标制造生产管理十分适用,具有针对性和推行意义。

It is used as a link to eliminate all loose points in the entire manufacturing process, thereby greatly improving the effectiveness and economy of the manufacturing process. Therefore, the lean production method is the effective use and rational allocation of the production factors in the production and manufacturing process, satisfying the market demand to the maximum, adapting to market changes, and obtaining the best economic efficiency production methods. The basic approach of its organization’s manufacturing and manufacturing process is to use pull-type management instead of the traditional push-type management, which is very applicable to the non-standard manufacturing and production management of our plant, and it is targeted and implemented.
