应用Zung焦虑和抑郁自评量表，评定医学生的情绪状态，与在校生比较显示，在校生焦虑、抑郁症状显著高于新生；新生焦虑、抑郁情绪与高考成绩无显著性相关；医学生性别之间焦虑、抑郁情绪差异有显著性，似与性格有关。医学生学业繁重、学习紧张和竞争压力易产生焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪，应及时给予疏导。
The Zung anxiety and depression self-assessment scale was used to assess the emotional status of medical students. Compared with students at school, the anxiety and depressive symptoms of students were significantly higher than that of freshmen; the anxiety and depression of freshmen were not related to the scores of college entrance examination; the gender of medical students There was a significant difference in anxiety and depression between the two groups, which seemed to be related to personality. Medical students with heavy academic work, learning stress, and competitive pressure tend to produce negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, and should be given prompt guidance.
