The civil culture of England in the 18th century was a class struggle that the working people used the tradition of a patriarchal society to traditionally and creatively deal with capitalist exploitation. As a model of civilian culture, “moral economics” provides the public with a limited and localized cultural hegemony so as to ensure that the “no-class class struggle” such as food unrest has made a certain sense success. With the continuous development of the capitalist market economy, civilian culture has gradually vanished and a new working-class culture has taken shape. It is a new culture born with the mainstream bourgeois culture.
