目的 观察脑出血后不同时间死亡的尸检标本中小胶质细胞的变化。方法 采用HLA-DR抗体SP免疫组织化学技术对不同时间死亡的8例脑出血尸检标本的小胶质细胞的表达进行了研究。结果 发现脑出血后小胶质细胞胞体增大、突起减少、数量增多,2~3天达高峰,而对照组小胶质细胞形态正常。结论 小胶质细胞可能参与了脑出血后的病理机制。
Objective To observe the changes of microglial cells in autopsy specimens of different deaths after intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods The expression of microglial cells in 8 autopsy samples of cerebral hemorrhage dead at different time was studied by HLA-DR antibody SP immunohistochemistry. The results showed that after the intracerebral hemorrhage, microglia cell bodies increased, the number of protuberances decreased, the number increased, reaching the peak at 2 ~ 3 days, while the microglia morphology in the control group was normal. Conclusion Microglia may participate in the pathological mechanism after intracerebral hemorrhage.
