1应用型本科外语类专业师资定位2000年至2015年,在短短16年间,中国新建本科院校达403所,接近全国普通本科高校的一半。[1]这些新建本科院校大多数将人才培养目标定位于培养应用型本科人才,以区别于传统的“研究型”本科教育。相对于传统的外语类本科人才,应用型外语人才在扎实掌握语言的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能的基础上,还应该具备较强的实践能力、创新精神和可持续发展的专业能力,从而成为能够熟练地运用某种外语在外事、经贸、文化、科技等领域从事翻译、管理、商务和中外文化交流等相关工
1 Applied Undergraduate Foreign Language Teaching Staff Orientation From 2000 to 2015, in just 16 years, there were 403 new undergraduate colleges in China, close to half of the national undergraduate colleges and universities. [1] Most of these new undergraduate establishments target talent cultivation to cultivate applied undergraduate talents as distinct from traditional “research-based” undergraduate education. Compared with the traditional undergraduate talents of foreign languages, applied foreign language talents should possess strong practical ability, innovative spirit and sustainable development professional ability based on a solid grasp of the basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills of language.
