企业的绩效考核体系受到企业行业特点的影响,对于国有企业来说,其绩效考核体系的设计不仅受企业的行业发展现状影响,也容易受到监管的影响。不同类型的国有企业,其组织结构不同,功能不同,绩效考核的内容也有所不同。本文通过分析当前我国国有企业分类监管体系的基础上,对我国国有企业绩效考核体系存在的问题进行分析,从而提出具体的解决对策,为我国国有企业绩效考核体系的完善提供借鉴。
The performance appraisal system of an enterprise is influenced by the characteristics of a company’s industry. For a state-owned enterprise, the design of its performance appraisal system is not only affected by the current situation of the industry but also easily influenced by the supervision. Different types of state-owned enterprises have different organizational structures, different functions and different performance appraisals. Based on the analysis of the current regulatory system of state-owned enterprises in our country, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the performance appraisal system of China’s state-owned enterprises and puts forward specific solutions to help improve the performance appraisal system of China’s state-owned enterprises.
