广州市番禺区某跨线桥箱梁出现较多裂缝。在现场踏勘及分析基础上,认为该桥的抗扭能力不足。分析对比新增预应力混凝土横梁、新增混凝土托梁及新增钢横梁3种方案的优缺点,综合考虑施工难易程度、加固效果、外观和造价等因素,最终采用新增钢横梁提高箱梁的抗扭能力。详细介绍该加固方法的构造细节,该桥加固后,外形美观,效果良好,可供类似工程加固提供参考与借鉴。
