随着经济的不断发展,建筑市场的不断扩张,顾客对建筑产品的要求越来越严格。传统的建筑管理模式已经不能满足顾客的需要,新的管理模式即精益建造体系的建筑管理模式为广大顾客所满意。国外已经把这种建筑管理模式广泛应用到现实生活中,并取得了显著的成绩,但这种建筑管理模式并未在国内引起足够的重视。文章针对国内建筑电气工程项目管理模式所出现的问题,给予相应的建议,通过研究证明此精益建造建筑管理模式的可行性,并针对建筑业中管理模式出现的问题提出相应对策。
With the continuous development of the economy, the continuous expansion of the construction market, the customer requirements for building products more stringent. The traditional mode of construction management can no longer meet the needs of customers. The new management mode, that is, the building management mode of lean construction system, is satisfied to the general customers. Overseas, this kind of building management mode has been widely used in real life and has achieved remarkable results. However, this mode of construction management has not drawn sufficient attention in China. In this paper, the problems that arise in the management mode of domestic electrical construction project are given, and the corresponding suggestions are given. The feasibility of this lean construction management mode is proved through research and the countermeasures are put forward according to the problems in the management mode of construction industry.
