The oral dossier was first proposed from the Dictionary of Filing Terms published by the International Archives Board in 1984. The dictionary defines “oral dictation” as “the result of a planned interview with individuals for research purposes, usually verbatim in the recording or recording.” ~ ([1]) The oral archives are full of rich personal memory, which confirms the spiritual experiences of individuals in their particular age. A period of vivid personal memory becomes an integral part of collective memory. In this sense, the dictation file becomes “tool” or “product” of collective memory and mass memory. ~ ([2])
