目的了解大学生对健康饮水的认知、态度和行为习惯,为进一步在高校开展健康饮水知识教育和干预提供科学依据。方法采用自制的问卷对某医学院297名在校大学生的水资源、饮水卫生与保健知识以及饮水相关态度、行为进行调查。结果 92.9%的同学知道喝不洁水会引起肠道传染病,93.6%的同学知道科学饮水可以加快身体代谢,77.4%学生知道日常以饮白开水最好。而对新版膳食指南成人每日饮水量的知晓率只有16.2%。84.5%同学运动后喝含盐水或者白开水,18.1%的同学有经常喝碳酸饮料的习惯。47.1%的同学有喝隔夜水的习惯,13.1%的同学经常喝反复煮开的水,47.8%的同学口渴时才有意识喝水,51.2%同学有经常一次性大量喝水的习惯,只有27.3%的大学生知道我国人均水资源为世界平均的1/4。有47.9%的人时常忘记关水龙头。结论大学生对于某些饮水健康知识欠缺,存在一些不健康的饮水行为,部分大学生节水意识不够。高校应该开展相关环保节约以及健康教育,医学生应加强自我节水意识,提高科学饮水意识,养成良好饮水习惯,促进自身和他人健康。
Objective To understand the cognition, attitude and behavior of college students towards healthy drinking water and to provide scientific basis for further education and intervention of healthy drinking water knowledge in colleges and universities. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate 297 undergraduates’ knowledge of water and sanitation and hygiene in drinking water and attitudes and behaviors related to drinking water. Results 92.9% of students knew that drinking unclean water would cause intestinal infectious diseases, 93.6% of students knew that scientific drinking can speed up body metabolism, 77.4% of students know that daily drinking water is best. However, the awareness rate of daily drinking water intake of adults in the new dietary guidelines is only 16.2%. 84.5% of students exercise after drinking salt water or boiled water, 18.1% of students often have the habit of drinking carbonated drinks. 47.1% of the students had the habit of drinking overnight water, 13.1% of the students often drank water repeatedly, while 47.8% of the students did not consciously drink when they were thirsty. 51.2% of the students used to drink plenty of water at one time only 27.3% % Of college students know that China’s per capita water resources is 1/4 of the world average. 47.9% of people often forget to turn off the tap. Conclusion Some college students have some unhealthy behavior of drinking water for lack of health knowledge of some drinking water and some of them are not aware of saving water. Colleges and universities should carry out relevant environmental conservation and health education, medical students should strengthen self-awareness of water-saving, improve scientific awareness of drinking water, develop good drinking habits, and promote their own health and others.
