许旺细胞在周围神经损伤修复过程中起着重要作用,为保证高质量、高数量、高纯化度的许旺细胞,本篇将对许旺细胞的精确检测和鉴定的新进展作以综述。许旺细胞的检测、鉴定技术正日臻完善,不断提高,但仍缺乏系统性。许旺细胞的活性检测可分为MTT法,显微分光光度和显微图像分析技术,H3-胸腺嘧啶核苷测定,以及DNA受损程度的测定(单细胞凝胶电泳)。此外,许旺细胞的鉴定分为形态学观察和免疫学鉴定两种。上述各种技术的主要目的是让许旺细胞更有效的在人工组织修复损伤的周围神经再生方面发挥作用,并在功能和特点上进一步完善。
Schwann cells play an important role in the process of repair of peripheral nerve injury. In order to ensure the high quality, high quantity and high purification of Schwann cells, this article reviews the recent advances of Schwann cells in accurate detection and identification. Schwann cell detection, identification technology is improving, rising continuously, but still lack of systematic. Schwann cell activity testing can be divided into MTT method, micro-spectrophotometry and microscopic image analysis technology, H3-thymidine determination, and DNA damage determination (single cell gel electrophoresis). In addition, the identification of Schwann cells is divided into morphological observation and immunological identification of two. The main purpose of each of the above techniques is to make Schwann cells more effective in repairing damaged peripheral nerve regeneration by artificial tissue and further improving in function and features.
