以简化栽培、优化生产用工,提高劳动生产率为目标,通过对烤烟生产各项新技术的组装配套和示范应用,结果表明:实施“简工计划”可以将烤烟生产用工由原来的53工日/亩减少到24.75工日/亩,减工效应达十分显著水平。灰色关联度分析表明:新技术投入与亩纯收益的关联度最大(0.7689)。在各项生产投入中,技术投入最重要。“简工计划”的应用不仅减少了烟叶生产用工,而且有效提高了劳动生产率和生产效益,每亩减少用工投入217元,平均每个劳动日值较对照提高182.75%。
