环氧化酶 (COX)是前列腺素 (PGs)合成初始步骤的关键限速酶 ,目前发现环氧化酶 1(COX 1)和环氧化酶 2 (COX 2 )两种同工酶。随着对COX的结构 ,在肾脏的分布 ,调节及其在肾脏疾病中的表达及意义研究的不断深入 ,COX 2选择性抑制剂有望为肾脏病的治疗开拓新的领域。
Cyclooxygenase (COX) is a key rate-limiting enzyme in the initial step of PGs synthesis. Two isoenzymes COX 1 and COX 2 have been found. With the structure of COX, the distribution and regulation of kidney and its expression in kidney disease and its significance, the COX 2 selective inhibitor is expected to open up a new field for the treatment of kidney disease.
