随着信息化水平的提高,患者对自助就医系统的需求十分强烈。福建医科大学附属第二医院是福建省闽南地区最早的一所三级甲等综合性医院。经过几年的努力医院信息化建设,虽然形成一个较为数据完整、功能齐全的管理平台,但是,为了进一步加快医院的信息化建设,提高医院的医疗服务与管理工作的水平,实现医院就医服务环境的改善与服务质量的提升,为患者提供更优质的医疗卫生服务,中国建设银行泉州市分行携手易联众信息技术股份有限公司与我院合作的自助就医系统。缓解了病人“三长两短”问题,方便病人的同时减轻了医院窗口的工作量,提高服务质量。
