随着冬季户外运动不断得到重视,高山滑雪作为一项技术要求较强、动作要求复杂的冬季体育运动,也提出了许多新的发展。尤其是对于运动员身体素质,其身体力量、耐力、柔韧性等各个方面都有高的要求。因此,加强运动员身体素质训练,一方面可以提高运动员的运动成绩,同时在有一定危险性的户外运动环境下,还可以很好的避免地形环境和运动动作对运动员自身造成的伤害。一般来说,高山滑雪运动员的身体素质训练包含了力量训练、耐力素质训练以及柔韧性、平衡性训练三大部分。
