周五的第二节语文课,我和同学们一起分析课文。刚刚回答了不几个问题,便有几个捣蛋鬼开始七嘴八舌地说开了,似有无理取闹之嫌。多少次了,他们总是在我话没说完的时候插嘴,或者是在讨论即将结束时说个没完没了。我今天一定要把他们训斥一顿……让我吃惊的是“捣蛋鬼”们不再插话,爱发言的学生也不见了,课堂上变得死气沉沉。坐在办公室里,细细回想这几个“捣蛋鬼”在课堂上的插嘴,好像并没有什么故意捣乱的表现,多数是情不自禁地主动发言。事后我又调查了几名同学,都说他们并没有存心要捣乱课堂的意思,是在积极回答老师提出的问题。
