目的:研究硫酸特布他林和布地奈德雾化吸入对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者肺功能的善改作用及其血清IL-4和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平的影响。方法:选取2014年6月—2015年6月间收治的支气管哮喘急性发作患者120例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例;对照组患者均给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上加用硫酸特布他林雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率以及治疗前后肺功能各项指标及血清IL-4和IFN-γ水平的变化情况。结果:治疗组患者治疗后的总有效率为91.67%显著高于对照组为78.33%(P<0.05);治疗后用力肺活量(FVC)、用力1 s呼气量(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC比值和峰值呼气流速(PEF)等肺功能指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后血清IL-4水平为(42.98±6.21)ng/L低于对照组为(48.45±5.89)ng/L(P<0.05),治疗后血清IFN-γ水平为(75.56±10.62)ng/L高于对照组为(71.08±9.84)ng/L(P<0.05)。结论:采用硫酸特布他林和布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作患者,可改善患者肺功能和调节患者血清IL-4和IFN-γ水平,纠正体内免疫功能失调,其疗效优于单用布地奈德雾化吸入的疗效
