1902年中国第一个学制《奏定学堂章程》的颁布是语文教育学科独立的标志。值此中国语文教育发展百年之即,进行总结和反思,是历史的使命也是现实的需要。新世纪伊始,中国内地、台湾、香港、澳门都不约而同地先后制订、颁行语文课程标准（纲要）,进行语文教育改革。在语文教育发展百年历程的背景下关照和审视新世纪的改革,认识和比较内地、台湾、香港、澳门语文课程的演变,以及新加坡等地华语教育,将有助于推动中国语文教育的发展。在北京师范大学百年校庆之际,为了系统、深入地研讨有关问题,集聚各地、各界人力才智,共同建设新世纪的中国语文教育,北京师范大学、香港教育学院、中国教育学会中学语又教学专业委员会等单位将在7月合作举办“中国语文教育百年暨新世纪语文课程改革国际研讨会”。 一、研讨会主题:语文教育发展百年历程的回顾与反思,内地、台湾、香港、澳门新世纪语文课程标准（纲要、大
In 1902, the promulgation of China’s first academic system, the “Constitution of the Guiding School”, was an independent symbol of the subject of language education. It is a mission of history as well as a need for reality. At the beginning of the new century, Chinese mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao all successively formulated and enacted Chinese language curriculum standards (outline) to carry out Chinese language education reforms. In the context of the 100-year history of the development of language education, taking care of and reviewing the reforms in the new century, understanding and comparing the evolution of Chinese language courses in the Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao, as well as the Chinese language education in Singapore and other places will help promote the development of Chinese language education. At the time of the 100th anniversary of the Beijing Normal University, in order to systematically and deeply discuss relevant issues, gather talents from all walks of life and all walks of life to jointly build a Chinese language education in the new century.
