通过对煤层的渗透性和瓦斯流速分析,得出排放钻孔有效排放半径在垂直煤层层理方向一般小于煤层层理方向的排放机理。介绍了钻屑指标法的测试原理,并通过钻屑量指标S值和钻屑解吸指标K1值的测定与分析,得出兴隆煤矿11301工作面75 mm的排放钻孔有效排放半径沿煤层层理方向和垂直层理方向分别为0.8、0.5 m。应用结果表明,设计的排放钻孔防突措施参数、布置方式安全可靠,简单易行。
Through the analysis of permeability and gas flow velocity of coal seam, it is concluded that the effective discharge radius of the discharge borehole is generally lower than the bedding direction of the coal seam in the direction of stratification of vertical coal beds. The test principle of drill cuttings index method is introduced. Through the measurement and analysis of drill cuttings amount index S and drill cuttings desorption index K1, the effective discharge radius of 放75 mm 75 mm discharge hole of 11301 face of Xinglong coal mine is obtained. The theoretical direction and vertical bedding direction are 0.8,0.5 m. The application results show that the designed parameters of drilling outburst prevention, safety and reliability of arrangement are simple and easy to implement.
