经过多年的积累,物资采购管理已经形成了较为成熟、规范的工作流程以及一套标准化程度相对较高的过程文件,存在较好的物资基础,但这些流程、文件和岗位、人员等尚不能有效地结合起来。本文在物资采购工作调研分析的基础上,以流程为主线、效率为导向、制度为保障、信息为支撑,通过开发协同调度管理系统,实现项目任务之间、岗位人员之间的有效协同,进而提高物资采购部门内的协同工作水平,为保证采购管理工作信息安全、支撑公司和电网健康发展夯实基础。
