目的 分析观察在老年胸腹部手术中应用全麻联合硬膜外麻醉的临床效果.方法 在我院拟行胸腹部手术的老年病患260例,将病患采用随机数字表法分为两组,其中一组病患给予全麻设为参照组,给予另一组病患全麻联合硬膜外麻醉设为实验组,对两组病患的临床效果进行对比.结果 两组病患经治疗后,实验组病患术中、术后的血压、心率明显优于参照组(P＜0.05),且实验组病患术后定向力恢复时间、拔管时间、睁眼时间明显短于参照组(P＜0.05).结论 在老年胸腹部手术中应用全麻联合硬膜外麻醉,可有效稳定老年病患术中的血流动力学,并有利病患术后的清醒及恢复,值得在临床上大力的推广.“,”Objective To analyze the clinical effects of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing thoracic and abdominal surgery. Methods A total of 260 elderly patients who underwent thoracic and abdominal surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. One group was given general anesthesia as a reference group and another group was given general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia as experimental group, and the clinical effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After treatment, the blood pressure and heart rate of the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the reference group (P＜0.05), and the postoperative recovery time and extubation time of the patients in the experimental group. The blink time was significantly shorter than the reference group (P＜ 0.05). Conclusion The application of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in elderly thoracic and abdominal surgery can effectively stabilize the hemodynamics of elderly patients and facilitate the recovery and recovery of patients after surgery. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
