采用Hindle球方法检测凸非球面是人们常用的经典方法之一 ,此方法的优点是检验精度高、操作简单。为了解决经典Hindle球检验离轴凸非球面所需的Hindle球口径过大的问题 ,提出采用离轴Hin dle球检验离轴凸非球面的方法。此方法中 ,Hindle球使用在离轴状态 ,通过旋转离轴凸非球面达到检验整个待检面的目的。此方法可以大大减小Hindle球的尺寸 ,从而间接增大了待检离轴凸非球面的尺寸。本文同时对此方法的测量精度进行了理论分析
The Hindle ball method to detect convex aspheric surface is one of the classical methods commonly used by people. The advantage of this method is high precision and simple operation. In order to solve the problem that the diameter of Hindle ball required for off-axis convex aspheric surface of classical Hindle ball test is too large, an off-axis Hin dle sphere test for aspheric aspheric surface is proposed. In this method, the Hindle ball is used in an off-axis state, and the purpose of testing the entire surface to be inspected can be achieved by rotating the off-axis convex aspheric surface. This method can greatly reduce the size of the Hindle ball, which indirectly increases the size of the aspheric surface to be seized off axis. In the meantime, the accuracy of this method is analyzed theoretically
