目的该文就目标案例教学在护理实训教学中的效果进行分析与探究。方法选择该院自2014年6月—2015年7月实习护生150名作为研究对象,其后依据随机数字表法将其平均分为参照组和研究组,每组护生75名。研究组(n=75)护生在实训教学中采用目标案例教学,参照组(n=75)护生在实训教学中采用常规教学,最后对比两组护生的考核成绩以及对教学方法的满意度。结果经不同方法教学后,研究组护生的考核成绩明显高于参照组,且护理满意度同参照组相比较也明显较高,组间比较后差异具有显著性。结论在护理实训教学中应用目标案例教学,其效果理想,同时可以使护生的考核成绩得到明显提高,具有较高的实践价值。
Objective To analyze and explore the effect of the target case teaching in nursing practice teaching. METHODS: 150 intern nurses from June 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital were selected as research objects, and then randomly divided into reference group and study group according to random number table method, with 75 nurses in each group. The nursing students in the study group (n = 75) adopted the target case teaching in practical training, while the reference group (n = 75) used routine teaching in practical training. Finally, compared the assessment results of the two nursing students and the teaching methods Satisfaction. Results After teaching by different methods, the test scores of nursing students in the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group, and the nursing satisfaction was also significantly higher than that of the reference group. The differences between the groups were significant. Conclusion The application of case teaching in nursing practice teaching has the good effect and at the same time can significantly improve the test scores of nursing students and has high practical value.
