市民社会的核心文化是契约文化,包含三层意思:一是在现代市场经济基础上建立的市民之间的权利、义务关系及其理念；二是现代的法治精神及其制度；三是个体在合作中具有的信任道德.反观我国历史及现实,市民社会的核心文化要素是缺失的,我国还没有建构起内涵丰富的市民社会.
探析中国市民社会核心文化要素的缺失
