目的:建立一个简便快捷的叠鞘石斛产地加工方法。方法:以多糖、香豆素、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物含量为评价指标,对叠鞘石斛的切片阴干法、切片烘干法、燀蒸法、传统产地加工法及清水浸泡法、NaOH浸泡法进行比较研究。结果:综合评分结果由高到低为:切片烘干法>燀蒸法>NaOH浸泡法>清水浸泡法>传统产地加工法>切片阴干法。结论:切片烘干法和燀蒸法可应用在叠鞘石斛的产地加工中。
Objective: To establish a simple and efficient processing method for the origin of Dendrobium. Methods: The polysaccharide, coumarin, water-soluble extract, alcohol-soluble extract content as the evaluation index of the Shendanhe Dendrobium slice drying method, slice drying method, steam distillation method, the traditional method of processing and water immersion method, NaOH immersion method for comparative study. Results: The results of the comprehensive evaluation from high to low were: slice drying method> 燀 steaming method> NaOH immersion method> water immersion method> traditional processing method> slicing and drying method. Conclusion: Slice drying method and steaming method can be applied in the processing of Dendrobium Dendrobium.
