目的了解娄底市公共场所集中空调通风系统的污染情况,以便提出针对性的处理对策。方法采取随机抽样的方法,抽取娄底市及所辖市(县、区)部分宾馆(酒店)和大型商场(超市)集中空调通风系统进行相关卫生学指标的检验检测。结果宾馆(酒店)、大型商场(超市)集中空调抽检合格率分别为35.56%、30.00%。120个检测点,风管道内表面积尘量测得值范围为1.2~54.2 g/m2,合格率为14.17%(17/120);积尘中细菌总数测得值范围为40~2 600cfu/cm2,总合格率为17.50%(21/120);积尘中真菌总数测得值范围为36~1 460 cfu/cm2,总合格率为22.25%;20家单位60个集中空调通风系统送风口空气样品细菌总数测得值范围为50~1 400 cfu/m3,合格率为83.33%(50/60);真菌总数测得值范围为42~2 100 cfu/m3,合格率为90.00%(54/60);β-溶血性链球菌测得值范为<7~50 cfu/m3,合格率为98.33%(59/60)。宾馆(酒店)和大型商场(超市)空调系统冷却塔水中均未检出军团菌。结论公共场所集中空调通风系统污染严重,应加强卫生监督,严格按规定要求进行及时清洗。
Objective To understand the pollution situation of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Loudi so as to put forward some countermeasures. Methods Random sampling method was adopted to collect the central air conditioning and ventilation system of some hotels (hotels) and large shopping malls (supermarkets) of Loudi City and its cities (counties and districts) for the inspection and detection of relevant hygiene indicators. Results Hotel (hotels), shopping malls (supermarkets) central air-conditioning sampling pass rates were 35.56%, 30.00%. 120 test points, the dust inside the wind pipe measured the value of the range of 1.2 ~ 54.2 g / m2, the pass rate of 14.17% (17/120); the total number of bacteria in the dust measured values ?? range 40 ~ 2 600cfu / cm2 , The total pass rate was 17.50% (21/120); the total number of fungi accumulated in the dust ranged from 36 to 1460 cfu / cm2, with a total pass rate of 22.25%; 20 air-conditioned ventilation systems in 60 units The total number of bacteria in the sample ranged from 50 to 1 400 cfu / m3 with a pass rate of 83.33% (50/60). The measured value of β-hemolytic streptococcus ranged from 7 to 50 cfu / m3, with a pass rate of 98.33% (59/60). Legionella was not detected in the water of the hotel (hotel) and large shopping mall (supermarket) air-conditioning cooling system. Conclusion The centralized air conditioning and ventilation system in public places is seriously polluted. Health supervision should be strengthened and timely cleaning required in accordance with the regulations.
