3月9日,工信部网站公示了《黏胶纤维行业规范条件(2017版)》,公示时间为2017年3月10日-3月24日。《规范条件》提出,新建和改扩建黏胶纤维项目要符合国家产业规划和产业政策,符合本地区生态环境和土地利用总体规划要求。对缺少环境容量的地区,要限制黏胶纤维生产企业发展。
