德鲁克作为管理学大师中的大师而为人熟知,被称为现代管理学之父,是一代管理学宗师。德鲁克的管理思想对今天仍然具有重要的指导意义。组织文化是由组织的员工感知的和由这些感知产生的信仰,价值观念和期望的模式。研究表明卓越的组织文化是组织基业长青充分必要条件。本文试从德鲁克的管理思想出发构建德鲁克式的组织文化,打造卓有成效的组织。
Drucker is a master of management gurus and is known as the father of modern management, is a generation of management guru. Drucker’s management thinking still has important guiding significance to today. Organizational culture is a pattern of beliefs, values, and expectations that are perceived by the organization’s employees and generated by these perceptions. Research shows that excellent organizational culture is a necessary and sufficient condition for organizing a long career. This article tries to construct Drucker-style organizational culture from Drucker’s management thought and create a fruitful organization.
