目的研制一种采样频率为2 GHz的高速数据采集系统,以满足生物质谱仪对飞行时间的精确测量要求。方法采用ALTERA STRATIXⅢ系列FPGA作为主控芯片,配合采样频率可达2 GHz、分辨率为12 bit的高性能ADC芯片,同时外扩512 MB DDR3 SDRAM用于数据缓存,并通过千兆以太网与上位机进行数据交互;此外,在高速数据采集板卡布线和制板时,采用多种方式有效保证信号完整性。结果对数据采集板卡输入250 MHz高频信号进行2 GHz数据采集,并对采样结果进行数据分析,得到高速数据采集系统的SNR为44.6639,ENOB为7.1,满足设计要求。结论基于ADC技术的高速数据采集系统是生物质谱数据测量分析的一种快速可靠的路径和方法。
Objective To develop a high-speed data acquisition system with a sampling frequency of 2 GHz to meet the precise measurement requirements of time-of-flight of a biological mass spectrometer. Methods Using ALTERA STRATIXⅢ series FPGA as the master chip, with the high performance ADC chip with sampling frequency of up to 2 GHz and resolution of 12 bit, 512 MB DDR3 SDRAM was expanded for data caching and through Gigabit Ethernet and host Machine data exchange; In addition, in the high-speed data acquisition board wiring and system board, a variety of ways to effectively ensure signal integrity. Results The 2 GHz data acquisition of 250 MHz high frequency signal was performed on the data acquisition board and the data was analyzed. The SNR of high speed data acquisition system was 44.6639 and ENOB was 7.1, which satisfied the design requirements. Conclusion The high-speed data acquisition system based on ADC technology is a fast and reliable path and method for the measurement and analysis of biological mass spectrometry data.
