针对水渣转鼓筒体在制造过程中转鼓筒体的偏心或偏斜问题,建立其数值计算模型,研究了转鼓筒体旋转过程中偏心渣量工况下的结构强度问题,得出了转鼓筒体偏心或偏斜状态下的位移及支反力随时间的变化曲线,为工程实际中转鼓筒体的安装提供必要的依据。
In view of the eccentricity or deflection of the drum body in the manufacturing process of the drum, the numerical calculation model is established and the structural strength of the drum body is studied under the condition of eccentric slag amount during the rotation. The displacement and the reaction force of the drum drum in the eccentric or deflected state with the time curve provide the necessary basis for the installation of the drum drum in engineering practice.
