报告兔眼后房型人工晶体囊袋内植入术后虹膜和睫状体病理形态的透射电镜动态观察结果,详细描述了术后早期(术后1~14天)眼内炎症反应的演变过程,以及虹膜和睫状体从巨噬细胞到成纤维细胞、从渗出性改变到纤维化的病变特征。在此期间,嗜中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞内颗粒以及单核细胞内溶酶体均减少,标志它们的释放和破坏,从而损伤眼组织。研究结果还表明,后房型人工晶体植入术后,虹膜和睫状体各类炎性细胞浸润和纤维蛋白膜形成均明显高于单纯晶体囊外摘出术组。并发现,除巨噬细胞和嗜中性粒细胞外,在虹膜和睫状体组织内还可见多数淋巴细胞和浆细胞浸润,从而提示人工晶体植入术后可能发生了免疫反应。
The dynamic observation of the pathological changes of the iris and ciliary body after intraocular lens implantation in posterior chamber of rabbits was carried out. The evolution of intraocular inflammation was described in detail in the early postoperative period (1 ~ 14 days) As well as the pathological changes of the iris and ciliary body from macrophages to fibroblasts, from exudative changes to fibrosis. Neutrophils and eosinophils, as well as intracytoplasmic lysosomes, were reduced during this period, marking their release and destruction, thereby damaging the ocular tissues. The results also show that all posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation, iris and ciliary body inflammatory cell infiltration and fibrin membrane formation were significantly higher than simple extracapsular cataract extraction group. And found that in addition to macrophages and neutrophils, in the iris and ciliary body tissue can also see the majority of lymphocytes and plasma cell infiltration, suggesting that intraocular lens implantation may occur after the immune response.
