北京市针对小麦生产中存在的播种质量差造成田间缺苗断垄,导致亩穗数少、产量低;冬春季寒旱影响造成土壤裂缝、干土层较厚不利小麦安全越冬;农户对结合化学除草、吸浆虫和蚜虫防治喷施叶面肥等一喷多用技术掌握到位以及对小麦苗情、墒情把握不准,春季肥水运筹不科学,影响小麦分蘖成穗率、穗粒数和千粒质量以及晚播小麦比例大,管理技术缺乏等问题,2014年将重点推广以下五项核心技术,为全市小麦高产创建保驾护航。
