根据在测定酸化废水COD值重复再现性几率较小 ,跳跃幅度较大的特点 ,通过大量的实验研究 ,探讨了油田酸化废水COD测定中的 4个影响因素及消除办法。实验结果表明 ,Cl-含量对COD值的影响最大 ,其次为石油类含量 ,而加热回流时间和悬浮物含量对测定结果的影响不大。这些影响因素不仅存在于油田废水的COD测定中 ,而且在其它类型的废水处理中也存在类似的问题 ,此方法亦可作为借鉴
According to the characteristics of less reproducibility of COD value and larger jumping rate in the determination of acidification wastewater, through a large number of experimental studies, four influencing factors and elimination methods of oil acidification wastewater COD determination were discussed. The experimental results show that the content of Cl- has the greatest effect on the COD value, followed by the petroleum content, while the heating reflux time and the content of suspended solids have little effect on the determination results. These factors not only exist in the COD measurement of oilfield wastewater, but also have similar problems in other types of wastewater treatment. This method can also be used as a reference
