河南省沁阳市从群众关心的问题入手,以“靓丽、和谐、健康、向上”为基调,开展了多种形式的主题活动,为新农村建设营造了浓厚的氛围。一是以“描绘蓝图,共筑和谐”为主题,开展建设新农村宣传教育活动。采取书写墙体标语、喷绘墙体宣传画、办板报、组织知识竞赛、文艺表演等形式,宣传新农村建设的意义、内涵和举措,使建设新农村的理念深入人心,成为广大农民群众的自觉行动。 Qinyang City, Henan Province, started with the issues of concern to the masses and carried out various forms of theme activities with the theme of “beautiful, harmonious, healthy and progressive”, creating a strong atmosphere for the new rural construction.
