1984年初我们对4个工厂的清铲工、扎固工、砂轮工及镁筑炉工等4个工种接触局部振动的工人117名,进行振动病体检及流行病学调查,以相同作业环境但不接触振动的工人83名为对照。同时对各种手持振动工具的振动参数作了现场测试,还就工人接振工时进行了记录。本文着重对上述工种工人,末梢神经感觉功能的危害情况予以比较和分析。
At the beginning of 1984, we surveyed 117 workers who were involved in local vibration in four types of work including shovel workers, bulldozers, sand wheel workers and magnesium builders in 4 factories, and carried out physical examination and epidemiological investigation of vibration sickness, 83 workers who did not touch the vibration were controlled. At the same time on a variety of hand-held vibration tools for vibration parameters on-site testing, but also on the workers to pick up the working hours were recorded. This article focuses on the above-mentioned workers, the peripheral nerve sensory function of the hazard to be compared and analyzed.
