以某钢厂一座步进梁式加热炉为例,建立钢坯和垫块温度场的数学模型。采用有限差分法模拟计算了不同条件下钢坯和垫块温度场及黑印温差随时间的变化;分析了垫块结构、坯料经过水梁错位点后的时间等因素对黑印温差的影响。模拟结果为确定在线模型估算黑印温差简化算法提供了依据。同时在严格控制黑印温差的基础上,减少钢坯的加热时间和氧化烧损,节能效果十分明显。
Taking a walking beam furnace in a steel mill as an example, a mathematical model of the temperature field of billet and mat was established. The finite difference method was used to simulate the change of temperature field and black temperature difference with time under different conditions. The influence of pad structure, the time of blank passing the wrong position of water beam on the temperature difference of black printing was analyzed. The simulation results provide the basis for determining the simplified model of blackprint temperature difference estimated by online model. At the same time, strictly control the temperature difference of the black printed on the basis of reducing the billet heating time and oxidation burning, energy saving effect is very obvious.
