目的:观察江苏产麋鹿角不同提取部位对甲亢阴虚模型小鼠的作用。方法:采用甲状腺素造成小鼠甲亢阴虚症模型,通过检测模型动物物质代谢和抗应激损伤能力,比较麋鹿角不同提取部位对阴虚小鼠的作用。结果:麋鹿角醇提部位对于甲亢阴虚模型小鼠有明显的补阴功效,能显著调节阴虚小鼠的物质代谢,提高其抗应激损伤的能力。结论:麋鹿角醇提部位对于甲亢阴虚模型小鼠的病理状态有明显的改善作用,其补阴功效优于水提部位。
Objective: To observe the effect of different extraction sites of elk antler in Jiangsu on hyperthyroidism and Yin deficiency model mice. Methods: Thyroxine was used to induce the mouse model of hyperthyroidism and yin deficiency. The effects of different parts of elk antler on the mice with yin deficiency were compared by detecting the substance metabolism and anti-stress ability of the model animals. Results: The antler antitussive alcohol extract had a significant Yin-reinforcing effect on mice with hyperthyroidism and yin deficiency, which could significantly regulate the metabolism of the substance in the yin-deficiency mice and enhance their ability to resist stress injury. Conclusion: The antler antitussive alcohol extract can obviously improve the pathological state of mice with hyperthyroidism and yin deficiency, and its effect of tonifying the yin is better than that of water extraction.
