From April 19 to April 20, the second session of the Ornamental Science Association of Popular Science in Popular Science (hereinafter referred to as “Special Committee”) was held in Beijing. Chen Jialing, honorary director of the “Special Committee” attended the conference. Chen Xiaoning, deputy director of the Department of Geology and Environment of the Ministry of Land and Resources, presided over the meeting. The meeting listened to the report of Wang Jimin, deputy director of the “Special Committee” on the work summary of the ’special committee’ and the ’major tasks for the 12th five-year plan.’
